General Information: In response to the recent lockdown announcement we have returned to working remotely, however we are still contactable during normal working hours via our office phone number as well as individual Training Officer email and company mobile.
Employers: We have currently restricted our employer visits. For the majority of apprentices we will be conducting our activities remotely and will be reviewing apprentices over the phone or via the internet. For final year engineering apprentices we will be continuing to conduct assessments in order to ensure that they complete succesfully. If your risk assessments allow visitors on-site we will continue to personally visit these apprentices in the workplace. If you have any additional procedures that you would like us to follow then please make your Training Officer aware. For those apprentices who would usually attend at Tyne Metropolitan College, the college has moved all delivery online. You and your apprentice will have received further communication detailing the exact arrangements.
We are continuing to support employers who wish to recruit apprentices. We have high quality candidates who have been pre-matched to your company requirements in anticipation of a live vacancy. If you would like to view these individuals who have been pre-matched to your business then please contact Andrew Thorpe on email@example.com

Applying for an apprenticeship this year: Tyne North Training is continuing to recruit for Business Administration apprentices. Our Engineering recruitment has just re-opened and applications can be made online. To apply for any Tyne North Training apprenticeship just click on the Apply button at the top of this page. If your application is successful we will conduct our initial interview remotely using Zoom. If you are successful at our interview and your details match an employer’s vacancy needs we will submit your details to the employer. Rest assured that if you are submitted to an employer, Tyne North Training will have checked that the employer is following COVID secure guidelines.
