Please take the time to read the following sections and sign the form if you agree and return it to Tyne North Training Ltd along with copies of your actual certificates. If you are of school leaving age we require a copy of your predicted grades on a school letterhead for processing.
Offer of Employment
In the event of being offered an apprenticeship I understand that this will be dependent upon satisfactory school or other references and upon my passing the minimum examination qualifications required and/or Tyne North Training Ltd.’s initial assessment and interview. Please be aware that in some circumstances an employer may need you to undergo a medical examination. The medical examination may include drug and alcohol screening. Failure of these tests may lead to the withdrawal of any offer of employment.
